Orange

Red and yellow (it's got a history ya' know)
It's the color of Autumn;
of Halloween;
of the town in which I grew.
It is camoflodge for tigers;
of of the many colors of daisys.
This is the color of many things:

The Sun

The sun warms with it's loving rays
It let's flowers bloom
trees, fruit
every plant that grows.
It helps humans too,
warming our blood.
Too bad we can't be out too long in the sun
with our putting on more
annoying sunscreen.

Bus Reading

Bump, bumpity, bump
... must... read...
bump bump
... carsickness...

I hate the bus.

The Kick

It's a light shade of brown,
rectangluar; about 10x4.
Hard.
Solid.
Yet after three good aims
I take a deep breath
remind myself not to shut my eyes...
I kick
Before I relized what happened
my instuctor hands me the thing I just broke in half with my foot
We bow
I did it
I did a reverse side kick and
broke a board
I passed.
This being the fourth time (technically fifth) doing it
you'd think it wouldn't be
a big deal,
But it is
I did it.
